Hourglass Dolphin

A native of the Antarctic, this dolphin remains a mystery. Very few of these dolphins have ever been studied by scientists. The Hourglass Dolphin is beautiful, being named for the black and white hourglass-shaped markings on its sides. The largest one ever measured was 6 ft. and weighed 250 lb.
