How do people hurt dolphins?

Dolphins can be hurt by human beings in a number of ways. In some countries, dolphins are hunted for food, and parts of their bodies are used for animal food and oil. Sometimes, dolphins can become trapped in fishermen's gill-nets or they can be killed because the fishermen think they are taking too many fish. Pollution of rivers and oceans can also poison a dolphin's body and result in death.
